Prevent annoying warning during the opening of an application 
downloaded from the internet.

Open Terminal and enter sudo xattr -d -r com.apple.quarantine /PATH/TO/APPLICATION

  sudo xattr -d -r com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Steam.app
